SUNY Geneseo Undergraduate
Journal of Science and Mathematics

Purpose

To provide a peer-reviewed journal for the publication of articles written by students who have completed independent research at SUNY Geneseo in the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Mathematics, and Physics. The Journal also offers students the opportunity to work with layout and production and to review manuscripts.

The Journal is published electronically on the web. First authorship of articles is restricted to students of Geneseo, and those within a year of their graduation. Faculty, students, and other contributors can be listed as secondary authors. Publications will be considered by students from departments other than those represented by the Associate Editors at the discretion of the editors. Submitted manuscripts are sent to faculty and students for peer-review.
